Has the way you’re doing your job changed in recent months? Would you like to feel more skilled at having telephone and online conversations?
The exciting new ‘Virtual Quality Conversations Masterclass’ may be just for you. It takes place on Monday 16 November with morning (9.15am-12.45pm) and afternoon sessions (1.15pm-4.45pm).
The masterclass is free and aimed at frontline staff who are expected to interact with their patients, service users, clients and their families over the phone, or via video link. It will focus on how you communicate, not on the technical aspects of the various applications used.
After a brief overview of the Quality Conversations approach, the session will focus on maximising your impact on the phone including sensory acuity, vocal qualities, listening skills and listening blocks.
Participants do not need to have attended the Quality Conversations programme to benefit from this session.
This is a one-off interactive, online training session. Groups are small with just 12 people per session. There will be time and space to practice new skills in virtual break out rooms.
