Raising Awareness of Suicide Prevention
Working in partnership with NHS England and Public Health leads across the system, UHDB Wellbeing was asked to create a Suicide Prevention Campaign for University Hospitals of Derby and Burton.
We would like to share this campaign with you, made possible thanks to funding from NHS England.
Mental Health Awareness Week
It’s Mental Health Awareness Week and this year’s theme is ‘move more for our mental health.’
We’re highlighting some of the physical activity sessions available FREE to colleagues, to help you move more to support mental health.
Timetabled Activities to Promote Wellbeing
Taking part in a Wellbeing timetabled activity is a great way to meet new colleagues, learn new skills and improve your physical, mental and emotional health. Your Wellbeing Timetable includes a wealth of weekly in-person physical activity sessions, helping to improve mood and fitness, and promote social wellbeing.
Neurodiversity Celebration Week
