Health improvement plans discussed for Derby and Derbyshire

 

The board of Derby and Derbyshire Integrated Care Partnerships meets today (Monday 17 July) to review progress on the county’s health improvement plans.

The Integrated Care Partnership brings together NHS, social care, independent and third sector providers together with Healthwatch and Voluntary and Community Sector organisations.

The meeting, held at Derby City Council chamber, will discuss items including:

  • a progress update on the Integrated Care Strategy
  • a memorandum of understanding agreement with the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise sector
