The Integrated Care Board’s public and confidential sessions will be held on the following dates:

  • Meeting in public – 18 January 2024 – 9am to 10.45am 
  • Meeting in public – 21 March  2024 – 9am to 10.45am 
  • Meeting in public – 16 May 2024 – 9:00am to 11am

From July 2024 onwards, all Board Meetings in Public will be held in the ICB’s Headquarters, First Floor, The Council House, Corporation St, Derby DE1 2FS

  • Meeting in public – 18 July 2024 – 9:15am to 11:00am
  • Meeting in public – 19 September 2024 – 9:15am to 11:00am
  • Meeting in public – 21 November 2024 – 9:15am to 11:00am
  • Meeting in public – 16 January 2025 – 9:15am to 11:00am
  • Meeting in public – 20 March 2025 – 9:15am to 11:00 am

All agendas, papers and ratified minutes will be published on the Integrated Care Board meeting papers page. 

The meeting papers webpage also holds minutes of the Governing Body of the NHS Derby and Derbyshire Clinical Commissioning Group, which was a predecessor of the ICB in some functions, from January 2020 – June 2022. 

Asking a question at a meeting of the Integrated Care Board

Questions to the Board are invited from members of the public in relation to specific items on the agenda of each Board Meeting in Public.  

The meeting papers, including the agenda, are put onto this webpage on the Friday immediately before the next meeting.

If you have a question relating to the agenda please submit
it to the ICB via 
ddicb.enquiries@nhs.net, with “ICB Public Board Meeting Question” in the subject line, by close of play on the Tuesday evening ahead of the Thursday meeting. 

A response will be provided following the Board meeting and we will endeavour to respond to you directly within 20 working days. We will also publish all questions and responses within the relevant meeting minutes.

Attending a meeting in person

If you would like to attend the Board Meeting in Public in person, please contact the ICB via the email address above by the Tuesday evening to let us know. 

If you will require a BSL interpreter or hearing loop in order to attend, please get in contact with us as soon as possible.
