Derby and Derbyshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) will be moving to a Cluster Board meeting in Common from 20 November 2025. The meetings will alternate between the three cluster ICB areas.
New board membership will be announced in due course.
Board meetings will take place at the following venues 10am – 12:30pm.

Asking a question at a meeting of the Integrated Care Board
Questions to the Board are invited from members of the public in relation to specific items on the agenda of each Board Meeting in Public.
The meeting papers, including the agenda, are put onto this webpage on the Friday immediately before the next meeting.
If you have a question relating to the agenda please submit
it to the ICB via ddicb.enquiries@nhs.net, with “ICB Public Board Meeting Question” in the subject line, by close of play on the Tuesday evening ahead of the Thursday meeting.
A response will be provided following the Board meeting and we will endeavour to respond to you directly within 20 working days. We will also publish all questions and responses within the relevant meeting minutes.
PLEASE NOTE:
The Board will only read out and respond to questions from members of the public that have been received in advance and that relate to the meeting’s agenda. There is no opportunity for the public to ask questions during the Board Meeting in Public.
The deadline for submitting questions to the Board that relate to the meeting’s agenda will be 5pm on the Tuesday ahead of the meeting. No questions will be accepted after this time or on the day of the meeting.
Any questions submitted to the Board by members of the public that do not relate to the agenda wil be responded to via the ICB’s Enquiries process.

If you would like to observe the Board Meeting in Public in person, please contact the ICB via the email address above by the Tuesday evening to let us know.
Please note that members of the public are invited to observe the meeting; there is no opportunity for the public to ask questions during the Board Meeting in Public.
