Sharon Robson

Sharon has been a registered nurse for 44 years and is an experienced senior NHS leader, having held a wide variety of clinical leadership positions including board-level executive and non-executive roles across the East Midlands.

Sharon is recognised as a collaborative and inclusive leader with a focus on person-centred care and population health management, who brings to the ICB cluster an extensive knowledge and experience of frontline clinical services and a track record of improving the quality, safety and experience of healthcare services. Sharon was appointed to NHS Lincolnshire ICB’s Board in August 2023 and will chair the ICBs’ Quality Committee meeting in common.
