For each UTC in the ICB, please provide the date on which it opened.
For each UTC in the ICB, please provide how many days between July 1, 2022, and January 22, 2022, the centre has been open.
For each UTC in the ICB, please provide how many days between July 1, 2022, and January 22, 2022, the centre has been closed due to a lack of clinical staff.

I can confirm that we have 5 UTCs in Derbyshire; further details as below.
