1.Which of these fertility treatments do you provide for your transgender patients?
- Egg harvesting
- Cryopreservation of eggs – How long do you offer cryopreservation of eggs for?
- Extraction of sperm, both surgical and self-ejaculatory
- Cryopreservation of sperm – How long do you offer cryopreservation of sperm for?
- IVF Embryo Treatment
- Embryo cryopreservation – How long do you offer embryo cryopreservation for?
- Ovarian Tissue Extraction and Cryopreservation – How long do you offer cryopreservation of ovarian tissue for?
2. What, if any, are the youngest ages of patients that are entitled to receive these treatments?
- Egg harvesting
- Egg cryopreservation
- Sperm harvesting
- Sperm cryopreservation
- IVF Embryo Treatment
- Embryo cryopreservation
