Learning from Lives and Deaths of people with Learning Disabilities and Autistic People (LeDeR)

The LeDeR programme supports local areas across England to review the deaths of people with a learning disability and autism, to learn from those deaths and to put that learning into practice.

The Integrated Care Board is responsible for ensuring that LeDeR reviews are completed for their local area and that actions are implemented to improve the quality of services for people with a learning disability and autistic people to reduce health inequalities and premature mortality.

The ICB published an annual report, which you can download in full, or easy read, versions.
