British Heart Foundation survey

During the COVID-19 pandemic, many services have adapted their provision to a virtual or hybrid model of working in order to allow patients to continue to benefit from the care they require. Cardiac Rehabilitation services traditionally provide face-to-face rehab sessions and have had to develop services very quickly to be accessible in a range of different ways. The British Heart Foundation are keen to hear directly from patients about their experience of Cardiac Rehabilitation over the past 18 months; to better understand their views on hybrid / digital delivery and to unpick what were the most enabling factors in achieving long term behaviour change.

If you, or anyone you know, have accessed, or completed Cardiac Rehabilitation in the last 18 months, the British Heart Foundation would love to hear from you. Please share your experience via the online survey.
