The podcast features experts from across the new cluster system of Derby and Derbyshire, Lincolnshire, and Nottinghamshire DLN.
This latest episode discusses population health across our area and the importance of improving health outcomes.
Her guests this week are: Emma Tatlow CEO of Active Lincolnshire, Rima Chauhan Head of Pharmacy, Integration and Place at Derby and Derbyshire ICB, and Vivienne Robbins, Director of Public Health and Communities at Nottinghamshire County Council.
Subjects discussed include how to increase healthy life expectancy, the use of population health management, making the best use of our population data and successful preventative interventions.
