Many people are, at times, feeling worried, anxious, stressed or overwhelmed at the moment. It is ok not to be feeling ok. This is perfectly normal.
We all cope differently with life, and there is no ‘right’ way to cope with this. Keep doing the things that help you, even if this looks a bit different from how you might have done this before.
