2024/2025 Annual Report and Accounts

NHS Derby and Derbyshire Integrated Care Board’s (ICB) Annual Report and Accounts for April 2024 to March 2025, the report describes our activities, achievements and challenges during the period. You can also read details about our financial performance and how we are meeting our statutory duties.

Our financial statements are subject to a rigorous audit process and we are delighted that for the period April 2024 to March 2025, the ICB’s external auditors, KPMG, provided an unqualified audit opinion of the ICB’s financial statements within the report and concluded that there were ‘no significant weaknesses’ in relation to its use of resources.

On behalf of the entire ICB Board we would like to extend our sincere thanks to our ICB staff, our public and voluntary sector partners and all Joined Up Care Derbyshire staff across Derbyshire for their ongoing contribution towards keeping local people healthy and well.

We positively welcome feedback on your experience of local health services as well as your views about how best to shape local health care to meet local needs. If you would like information about how to get involved in what we do, check out our ‘Involving You and Your Communities’ section.

Integrated Care Boards are required to prepare their Annual Report and Annual Accounts in accordance with Directions issued by NHS England as directed in the National Health Service Act 2006 (as amended). If you have any queries or would like to request the Annual Report and Accounts in another format please contact the Communications and Engagement team by email at ddicb.communications@nhs.net
