The Derby and Derbyshire ICB has not stopped funding for referrals under Right to Choose for ADHD/ASD assessments.

However, we are aware that there has been an issue with the invoices received from Drs J & Co, which the ICB has actively been trying to resolve.  We have now received the supporting information from Drs J & Co, that will enable the ICB to verify and then approve the invoices for payment. 

Drs J & Co have been informed of the ICB’s intention to go through all outstanding invoices on Monday 24th March 2025 to enable payments to be made as a matter of urgency. 

We hope to have this matter resolved by the end of March 2025 and Drs J & Co will be able to advise patients further on how they intend to prioritise and reschedule appointments.
