Targeted Wellbeing Support

Your JUCD Wellbeing team has a wealth of wellbeing support available to help keep colleagues healthy, safe and well this Winter.

In addition to the popular range of physical activity classes, training courses, workshops, support groups and cafés available as part of ‘Your Wellbeing Timetable,’ the team also offers a series of targeted support for colleagues with disabilities, hidden disabilities, neurodiversity and/or long- term health conditions, helping to promote disability equality and inclusivity.

Working in partnership with Occupational Health, HR departments across the system, and disability and long- term health conditions staff support networks, your JUCD Wellbeing team delivers a range of virtual support groups and cafés to help support colleagues living with health inequalities. Upcoming support sessions include:

Returning to Work following ill Health – a relaxed and supportive group to promote health and wellbeing when returning to work following sickness or absence. Thursdays: weekly, 10am – 10.45am
