Taking part in a Wellbeing timetabled activity is a great way to meet new colleagues, learn new skills and improve your physical, mental and emotional health. Your Wellbeing Timetable includes a wealth of weekly in-person physical activity sessions, helping to improve mood and fitness, and promote social wellbeing.

Your Wellbeing team has added a series of NEW webinars and workshops to ‘Your Wellbeing Timetable’ to help keep colleagues healthy, safe and well this Winter.

Following JUCD Wellbeing’s recent launch of the NEW Employee Assistance Programme, the team are delighted to announce the digital programme of wellbeing support is now LIVE.

As we enter the festive season, we recognise that it can be a busy and stressful time for many of our JUCD colleagues.
