Does Derby and Derbyshire ICB and its local authorities that are part of Derby and Derbyshire ICS have an agreed Learning Disability and Autism Strategy (3-5 year) for its Mental Health commissioning priorities?
If yes or partial in Q1, does this strategy include the commissioning of diagnostic pathways for other neurodevelopmental conditions such as Autism and/or ADHD?
If yes or partial in Q1, does the strategy pertain to adults (18+) only, or children only, or is the strategy all-age?
Does Derby and Derbyshire ICB have or intend to operate with a Lead Provider Model for the commissioning of its services (including diagnostic pathways) for Autism, ADHD and other neurodevelopmental conditions?
If yes to Q4, what is the timeline for the implementation of a Lead Provider Model if it is not already in place?

1. Does Derby and Derbyshire ICB and its local authorities that are part of Derby and Derbyshire ICS have an agreed Learning Disability and Autism Strategy (3-5 year) for its Mental Health commissioning priorities?
Mental Health commissioning priorities are separate but linked to our Learning Disability and Autism Strategy. Our Learning Disability and Autism Strategy is being finalised currently.
2. If yes or partial in Q1, does this strategy include the commissioning of diagnostic pathways for other neurodevelopmental conditions such as Autism and/or ADHD?
Yes.
3. If yes or partial in Q1, does the strategy pertain to adults (18+) only, or children only, or is the strategy all-age?
All age.
4. Does Derby and Derbyshire ICB have or intend to operate with a Lead Provider Model for the commissioning of its services (including diagnostic pathways) for Autism, ADHD and other neurodevelopmental conditions?
This is currently being explored.
5. If yes to Q4, what is the timeline for the implementation of a Lead Provider Model if it is not already in place?
This is not yet confirmed.

Not currently.

Yes.
