Hip pathology / a hip related problem – and
The age of the patient
What the diagnosis was (ie Femoroacetabular impingement, Hip dysplasia, post paediatric hip deformity (ie perthes, SUFE), a young adult or adolescent hip problem.

Thank you for your request for information below. I can confirm that Derby and Derbyshire ICB do not hold the information that you are seeking; we do not hold information to the level of detail required to identify activity specifically for those patients who were sent out of area due to lack of regional provision.
