Post Covid service review
Are you passionate about improving healthcare services? Do you have lived experience of post-COVID symptoms or have supported someone who has?
We’re inviting members of the public to join our Post-COVID Service Review Group as Patient and Public Partners. This is an opportunity to help shape the future of post-COVID support across Derby and Derbyshire.
As a partner, you’ll join monthly virtual meetings to review how the service is working, share your insights, and help ensure that a future, sustainable model reflects the needs of the people who require it. You may also be asked to comment on patient-facing materials.
We’re looking for two individuals who are committed to improving health outcomes, confident in sharing views, and open to learning and collaboration. Meetings are held via Microsoft Teams, and support and training will be provided.
If you’re interested, please find further information attached.
