Integrated Care Strategy | Online events

The new Joined Up Care Derbyshire (JUCD) Integrated Care Strategy was approved on Wednesday 19 April by the Integrated Care Partnership and sets out how Local Authority, NHS, Healthwatch, and Voluntary Sector organisations will work together to improve the health of the people of Derby and Derbyshire.

The strategy sets out 3 key areas of focus, start well, stay well and age/die well. JUCD have set up a series of online events to talk to the public and our partners about these three key areas and give people the opportunity to ask questions and get involved in the discussion. (BSL interpreters will be at all of the evening events).

We would love as many people as possible to come along to these events and find out more about our plans to improve the health of our population, please share this information with anyone you feel would be interested in joining.
