Neurodiversity Celebration Week

Neurodiversity Celebration Week is a worldwide initiative that aims to challenge stereotypes and misconceptions about neurological differences. Established in 2018, this annual celebration week aims to transform how neurodivergent individuals are perceived and supported; helping to create a more inclusive and equitable culture that celebrates differences and empowers individuals.

To support this year’s Neurodiversity Celebration Week, taking place from Mon 18th – Sun 24th March, your JUCD Wellbeing team is sharing the latest targeted support available for colleagues with neurodiversity and/or long-term health conditions, disabilities, and hidden disabilities; helping to promote equality and inclusivity.

The support available is delivered through a series of virtual training courses, workshops, webinars, support groups and cafés, as part of ‘Your Wellbeing Timetable,’ and includes support for managers/leaders – enabling them to understand and best support neurodivergent individuals, to help create a more inclusive workplace.
