Pharmacies range from single-handed businesses to national and international corporations. Most operate under contract with the NHS. The Integrated Care Board is now responsible for the commissioning of pharmacy services in our area.

Complaints about pharmacy services continue to be managed by NHS England. If you have a complaint about care or services provided by your pharmacist you can raise these directly with the provider, usually via the Practice Manager or via NHS England, who are the organisation with overall responsibility for commissioning Primary Care Services.
