Becoming a peer coach

If you want to continue your health coaching journey, then consider joining the ‘Peer Coaching Network’. This gives you the opportunity to attend a minimum of four meetings a year for the formal training programme and a chance to meet with other staff across all organisations and provide mutual peer coaching to each other.

All we ask in return is that you champion the Quality Conversation programme within your teams, model good coaching behaviours and offer practical support to colleagues.

You will also be contacted if any other training opportunities arise and will be emailed directly when masterclass training sessions are planned.

If you are interested in joining the network and becoming a peer coach, please email dchst.qualityconversations@nhs.net
