Junior doctors’ industrial action: Friday 11 August to Tuesday 15 August
The NHS is facing another period of significant disruption this week, with potentially appointments and procedures postponed across the county due to the latest round of industrial action by junior doctors.
Junior doctors’ industrial action: Wednesday 14 June to Saturday 17 June
Junior doctors who are members of the British Medical Association (BMA) and Hospital Consultants and Specialists Association (HCSA) have voted to take industrial action at NHS Trusts across England, including Trusts serving Derby and Derbyshire.
The next round of industrial action will take place from 7am on Wednesday 14 June to 7am on Saturday 17 June. During this time, junior doctors in Derbyshire will have the opportunity and personal choice to go on strike for all or some of the time.
Planned RCN industrial action – 30 April to 1 May 2023
Members of the Royal College of Nursing (RCN) have voted to take industrial action at the majority of NHS Trusts across England, including two Trusts serving Derby and Derbyshire.
Junior doctors’ industrial action: Tuesday 11 – Saturday 15 April
The second round of industrial action will take place for 96 hours consecutively between 06:59am on Tuesday 11 April and 06:59am on Saturday 15 April 2023.
