NEW Winter Wellbeing Support
Your JUCD Wellbeing team has a wealth of wellbeing support available to help keep our colleagues healthy, safe and well this winter.
We’ve added a series of NEW virtual webinars and workshops to ‘Your Wellbeing Timetable’ to support colleagues’ wellbeing over the coming winter weeks.
Burnout – this workshop will help you gain an understanding about burnout, what causes it and the impact this can have; providing a safe space to reflect on your own experiences and explore ways of coping. Monday 29th January 9.30am -11.30am
Improving Self Esteem – learn more about your self-esteem, what it is and how self-esteem can affect your wellbeing. Identify the factors/triggers that can influence your self-esteem and learn strategies you can use to help improve it. Monday 5th February 9.30am -11.30am
Moral Injury – a safe space to understand, explore and share experiences of moral injury and learn about the relevance and impact of moral injury within health and social care. Wednesday 14th February 9.30am -11.30am
Boost Your Wellbeing – learn how different areas of your life can either support or interfere with your self-compassion and learn useful tools to help you take charge of and maintain your wellbeing. Thursday 15th February 9.30am -11.30am
Financial Wellbeing – join financial education specialists, Affinity Connect, for this 90 minute workshop designed to help you better understand your income and make informed decisions relating to your spending. Key topics include budgeting to help you gain control of your outgoings, the importance of pension planning, goal setting to prepare for those unexpected costs, and how to review and keep track of your borrowing. Thursday 29th February 1pm – 2.30pm
Meno-pause – short, weekly sessions designed to support colleagues who are navigating the menopause. Take a moment in the working week to pause and notice the changes you are experiencing. All are welcome, no matter where abouts you are in the menopause journey. Every Thursday from 12.00pm -12.20pm
All workshops/webinars are virtual and can be accessed by our colleagues FREE of charge. Bookings can be made via the team’s easy to use online booking platform
